Practical terms for using the Cryptik services.

Using Cryptik
Cryptik provides wallet, market, trading and community interfaces. Use services only where you are legally eligible. You are responsible for your account access and for reviewing every transaction, network, recipient, amount and displayed fee before confirming. Do not use services for fraud, prohibited activity or evading applicable restrictions.
Wallets and transactions
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Network congestion, unavailable data, slippage, token behavior and third-party services can affect execution. Keep recovery information private and securely accessible. Deleting a login account can remove access to its embedded wallet; read the account-deletion notice first. Cryptik support will not ask for your private key or recovery phrase.
Market information
Prices, charts, token metadata and project pages are informational. They can be delayed or incomplete and do not guarantee an execution price, return, safety, affiliation or future value. Read each metric’s source and supply definition. A listing, paid logo or featured placement is not project verification or investment endorsement.
Fees and purchases
Review the fee and order terms shown for the action you choose. Network fees and liquidity-provider charges can be separate from a Cryptik platform fee. Paid directory or featured placements apply only to the stated product and duration; they do not bypass moderation. Keep your order and transaction reference for support. A failed or uncertain payment must be reconciled before another payment is made.
Community content
Only submit content you have the right to share. Follow the Community rules. You retain your rights in your content and allow Cryptik to host and display it to provide the community feature. Public information can be copied by others. Rules violations can lead to content removal or account restrictions; payment does not override these rules.
Feature availability
Features may differ by network, device or service. Staking and launchpad screens must be read according to their current displayed availability; access does not guarantee an allocation or token reward. Real-value games are a separate website feature and are not included in the planned first iOS/Android release. Use any game only where its rules and your local eligibility allow it.
Support and requests
Contact team@cryptik.app about access, disputed orders, content moderation or these terms. Include public transaction/order references when relevant, never signing secrets. The Privacy notice explains information handling, and Account deletion explains how to request removal.
