Contact the team

Email team@cryptik.app. Describe the feature, device, network and issue. For a transaction or purchase, include its public transaction hash or order reference. Never send your recovery phrase, private key, password or one-time code.

Wallet access and recovery

Use the same email or Google account that created your wallet. Open Wallet settings → Recovery and backup to review available recovery/export options privately. An external wallet’s recovery is managed by that wallet provider. Do not delete your login account as a troubleshooting step.

Pending transactions or missing balances

Check the selected network and public explorer status. A pending or uncertain transaction is not proof of failure. Save its hash and check status before sending again. Cached prices or unavailable history do not change the on-chain balance. Support will not ask you to pay a recovery fee to release funds.

Community and account help
