Delete your Cryptik account

Request deletion and track the review.

Updated 17 September 2026 · Cryptik · United States

Before requesting deletion

Secure any wallet access you want to keep. Deleting an email/Google login can make its embedded wallet inaccessible. Signing up again may create a different account and wallet. Cryptik cannot erase blockchain records or reverse a confirmed transaction. Never give support your recovery phrase or private key.

Request from your wallet

  1. Open Wallet settings → Account and data → Manage account.
  2. Verify your connected wallet, read the access notice and type the confirmation.
  3. Submit the request and keep the reference. The account controls show review status and let you cancel while it is open.

Request without signing in

You can request deletion after uninstalling the app or if you cannot sign in: email team@cryptik.app with the subject “Cryptik account deletion request.” Include the login email or public wallet address needed to identify the account. We may ask you to verify account ownership through an appropriate existing login method. Never email a password, private key, recovery phrase or one-time code.

What happens next

This is a reviewed deletion request, not immediate deletion. We aim to review requests within 30 days and explain any further steps or records that require retention. The operator checks the login provider, related Cryptik services, outstanding gaming/payment records and backups before confirming completion. Requests are not automatically marked complete when they are submitted.

Data and records

Account deletion includes associated account data and community content. On completion, the community cleanup removes your post text/photos, memberships and likes, unpublishes your owned pages and revokes community sessions. Provider and other service data is handled during review. Confirmed payment proofs, unresolved security/dispute records or records required by law may need retention, which is explained in the review. Public blockchain records remain outside Cryptik’s deletion control.
